Contact and concerns

Write to [email protected] or call +84 889 99 69 22. We answer in English, and every letter is read by the people who chose your work. If something is not right with an order, please write to us first: we would always rather put it right directly.

Prices and taxes

Prices are shown and charged in US dollars. They include hand crating, insured shipping and the import duties and VAT or sales tax of the destination countries listed on the shipping page (delivered duty paid): nothing is collected at your door. Your bank or card issuer may charge its own fee for converting the currency.

Payment security

Card and PayPal payments are processed by PayPal on its own secure systems; card numbers never reach our server. Bank transfers are made to the company account of DUPOMA Co., Ltd, whose details are sent with your order.

Your right to withdraw (EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland)

If you buy as a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within fourteen days of receiving the work, without giving any reason. LangSoul gives every buyer, wherever they live, 30 days, which is longer.

To withdraw, tell us by a clear statement — an email to [email protected] is enough. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. We refund everything you paid, including the original delivery, within fourteen days of hearing from you, using the same means of payment. We may wait until the work is back with us, or until you have shown that it is on its way. We arrange and pay for the collection in the original crate.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to commissions made to your own specifications or works altered at your request.

Guarantees

Every work is handmade and signed by its maker. Small irregularities of glaze, grain, weave and hammering are the mark of the hand, not faults. Your statutory rights as a consumer, including any legal guarantee of conformity in the country where you live, are not affected by anything on this site.

Applicable law and disputes

Contracts with LangSoul are governed by the law of Việt Nam. If you are a consumer, this choice does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there.
